I bought $25 worth of debit card but it had only $20 balance (i needed to make a few payment attempts to understand that, because there is no way to check balance of card). They did not write that on faq page. It is not accepted by most of European merchants because it does not support 3d auth.
Zelle transfers are easy, fees a little high but apart from that no complaints.
